Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours. Please send us the order number and invoice by email at support@shinelifelighting.com.
Please do not initiate any PayPal cases and credit card chargebacks, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
If your order has not been shipped but over 24 hours, please contact us for cancellation options. You will be charged for preparation fee and cancellation fee.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it or refuse the delivery of the package, we can't provide a refund on this occasion.

Return & Refund Policy

You can request a return for a refund within 30 days after receiving the items. Return refunds will be subject to a restocking fee for large order.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with complete accessories. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
For products received with broken glass, or dented shades or frames, we will provide replacement for glass or shades at no additional charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and want to return the item, we will consider it as a normal return.
For normal return, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the order was shipped with expedited shipping, expedited shipping cost is non-refundable
