Returns & Refund Policy
Order Modification
You can change your order information (such as colors, dimensions, shipping address, telephone number) within 24 hours.If your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours. Please send us the order number and invoice by email at support@shinelifelighting.com.
- Please do not initiate any PayPal cases and credit card chargebacks, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
- If your order has not been shipped but over 24 hours, please contact us for cancellation options. You will be charged for preparation fee and cancellation fee.
- If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it or refuse the delivery of the package, we can't provide a refund on this occasion.
Return
- You can request a return for a refund within 30 days after receiving the items. Return refunds will be subject to a restocking fee for large order. Please refer to the note below for details.
- In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with complete accessories. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- For products received with broken glass, or dented shades or frames, we will provide replacement for glass or shades at no additional charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and want to return the item, we will consider it as a normal return.
- For normal return, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the order was shipped with expedited shipping, expedited shipping cost is non-refundable
Please note:
- We will charge 15% of the product amount as restocking fee for returning large orders of three or more products. If you are ordering a large quantity of an item, we recommend that you first buy one to make sure whether it is what you need.
- The colors may appear slightly different via the website due to computer’s image resolution and monitor settings. The dimensions will be slightly different as a result of manual measurement. Colors and dimensions are for reference, please refer to the actual product.
How to initiate a return?
- Submit an inquiry including your reason for return and the product you wish to return at support@shinelifelighting.com.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return approval email along with return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Process:
- Determine if your order qualifies for a refund/return.
- Submit an inquiry at support@shinelifelighting.com.
- You have 7 days, from the date of receiving return approval, to send off the product you wish to return.
- Follow the provided packing instruction, safely pack the product.
- Follow the provided return address and shipment labeling instructions, ship the product at your own cost.
- Please tell us by email the tracking number and the tracking URL after sending off the product you wish to return.
- We will check the condition of the product and process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned items.
- If item is eligible for our Return & Refund Policy, we will issue a refund to you.
Please note:
When you return the item, please be sure to wrap the product correctly. If the returned item is damaged, we cannot refund for you. In this case, you’d better file a claim with the shipping company (carrier) and advise us on how to deal with damaged products. We will keep your product for only 15 days since it is damaged.
Refund
- We will refund for you after receiving the returned item which is eligible for our Return & Refund Policy.
- The refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-14 business days. For more accurate information, please contact your bank or credit card issuer.
- Any expedited shipping fees paid are non-refundable.

Return Address
If you encounter any problems during shopping on our website, please contact our customer service for a solution. Issue a dispute (such as PayPal dispute) will not be helpful to speed up problem solving.
