Free Shipping Policy

  • For any lamp, we offer free shipping to all countries listed in the delivery area section. 
  • If you still have questions or need to ship to other countries, please contact us for inquiries: support@shinelifelighting.com.


The Shipping Process (in Working Days) Is as Follows:

Delivery times = Process time (order preparation) + Shipping time

Order preparation:

  1. Check the stock.
  2. Confirm whether the item in your order needs to be customized.
  3. Check your shipping address.
  4. Reconfirm whether the item in your order is eligible for our Shipping Policy.
  5. Pack the product from our warehouse.
  6. If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.

It can take 3-8 working days for the order preparation. Some customized lamps will need more preparation time.

For holidays, processing time may take longer than usual. We will notify you in advance.

Please make sure you provide a detailed shipping address (Street Number is necessary). Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This may delay shipment.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and a tracking link.

Delivery Time:

  • Process Time: 3-8 working days
  • Shipping Time: 2-5 weeks

The delivery time we mentioned is only an estimate and mainly depends on the clearance processing time. For the same country, the shipping time varies from region to region. We are constantly improving our service, and we will try our best to find more and better carriers to work with.

Delivery Failure or Missed Pickup:

  • If a delivery fails or the package is not picked up from the designated pickup location and is returned to us, we are unable to issue a refund.
  • If you would like the package to be reshipped, please contact our customer service team at support@shinelifelighting.com. Please note that in such cases, you may be required to cover the additional shipping fees.

We recommend double-checking your shipping address and tracking your package to ensure successful delivery. 


Import Tax and Customs Fees?

Our product prices include customs fees and import taxes, so there are no additional charges upon delivery. In rare cases, customs may require extra documentation for clearance. If this occurs, we may need your cooperation to provide the necessary paperwork.
