Order Cancelation & Withdrawal Policy

Order Modification

  • You can change your order information (such as colors, dimensions, shipping address, telephone number) within 24 hours.
  • If your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.

Right of Cancelation and Withdrawal

  • Customers can cancel the order before the order has been dispatched. 
  • Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery by submitting our Withdrawal Request Form available on our website.
  • Customers can also submit the request by sending us the order number and order confirmation by email at support@shinelifelighting.com. 

Note: Please do not initiate any PayPal cases and credit card chargebacks, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

Orders Not Yet Dispatched

If a cancelation or withdrawal request is submitted before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Orders Already Dispatched

If a cancelation or withdrawal request is submitted after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse and handed over to the carrier, it is no longer possible to cancel the shipment.

In such cases, customers must accept delivery of the goods and follow our return procedure. Customers are requested not to refuse delivery of the shipment. Refused deliveries may result in additional carrier charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, or lost parcels, which may affect the refund amount or make a refund impossible where the goods are not returned to us.

After receiving the goods, customers must contact us for return instructions and return the products in accordance with our return procedure.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Any customs clearance fees, import duties, or import taxes incurred in connection with the return may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
