Cancelation, Modification & Replacement

Order Modification

  • You can change your order information (such as colors, dimensions, shipping address, telephone number) within 24 hours.
  • If your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours. Please send us the order number and invoice by email at support@shinelifelighting.com.
  • Please do not initiate any PayPal cases and credit card chargebacks, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
  • If your order has not been shipped but over 24 hours, please contact us for cancellation options. You will be charged for preparation fee and cancellation fee.
  • If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, we can't provide a refund on this occasion.
  • In cases where you refuse to accept delivery or fail to pick up the package from the designated pickup location, causing the package to be returned to us, we also can't provide a refund on this occasion.

Order Replacement

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@shinelifelighting.com within 15 days of delivery.
  • Please include clear photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send a free replacement for the damaged part.
