Orders have to be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of Processing Time and Shipping Time. Processing Time is calculated from the time you paid and the order is verified (a verification Email will be sent after payment). 

• Processing Time : 3-8 working days.
• Shipping time: 2-5 Weeks (working days).
• For holidays, processing time may take longer than usual. We will notify you in advance.

• You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours. Please send us the order number and invoice by email at support@shinelifelighting.com.
• If your order has not been shipped but over 24 hours, please contact us for cancellation options. You will be charged for preparation fee and cancellation fee.
• If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, we can't provide a refund on this occasion.
• Please do not initiate any PayPal cases and credit card chargebacks, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

Return:

• You can request a return for a refund within 30 days after receiving the items. Refunds for returned items will be subject to a restocking fee for large orders.
• In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with complete accessories. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
• For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the returned package incurs customs fees during clearance, those fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refund:

• Once we receive the returned package and verify the condition of the product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Please note that any customs fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Please notice and understand that color differences and measurement discrepancies are unavoidable.
• Small air bubbles may be present in the brown glass due to the traditional blown glass process. This is a natural feature of handmade glass and does not affect quality or performance.
• Exposure to strong sun and humidity may change the product's color.
• Use a dry or slightly wet cloth to clean the product.
